We have been frequent visitors to this motel for 40 years and have stayed here many times. This stay, however, was not the best. Our room was originally the reception office and had two small windows and heavy Balinese furniture, making it quite dark. The bathroom was small and worn-out, with a dated 1960's feel, unlike other rooms in the complex.

The position was great, bistros and bars are close to the hotel. The venue was close to Margaret River downtown. There were spacious & functional rooms with fridge, bar, as for instance. There was a lot of FAB meals.

I recently stayed at a motel in the heart of town and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with everything right at my doorstep. The room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with a kitchen sink and microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room was on point, leaving me with a pleasant and comfortable stay.
While everything was great, I did notice a slow leak in the toilet which had a minor impact on my sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at the Higgins Lane Motel for a short few days. The hotel was beautiful with a friendly receptionist, and our room was simply gorgeous. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and quiet, and the staff, particularly Krystal, were amazing. The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere with cozy fireplaces, a library, and a bookcase filled with games for the family. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore the CBD and drive to local attractions. We will definitely be back!

Fairly comfortable rooms, very good location, not too expensive.
Some woman across the road used a blower-vac every morning from 6.30am onwards. I would strongly recommend only staying in one of the back rooms.
